Payment Options - Insurance
We accept all major insurance carriers, however it depends on the patient's individual plan. Our staff will call the patient's plan to find out if they have bariatric benefits as well as what their copay, deductible, and out of pocket will be (as this information varies by plan).
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and all other major insurance plans
We do not accept the following (this is based off a list we have compiled over the years of verifying benefits):

- BCBS Board of Regents
- Cigna Health Springs / Cigna Local Plus
- Consumers Life / Consumers Choice
- Eon Health
- First Choice / Select Health of SC (SC Medicaid)
- Most Commercial Humana plans
- Medical Mutual of Ohio
- Molina Health / Select Health of SC (SC Medicaid)
- Peachstate (GA Medicaid)
- Any State Health Benefit Plan
- A few BCBS plans that have specific prefixes
